CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

  • Check in time is 3.00pm onwards. The checkout is strictly 11.00am unless agreed by reception.

  • A fee of $50 per hour applies for a late check out and this must be organised with reception

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A 50% of total room rate deposit is required to confirm you reservation. Outstanding balance will be charged from credit card on or after 14 days prior to arrival.

  • A reservation can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the booking. Deposit will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation.

  • All cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival, will forfeit the amount that has been paid.

  • All cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of their booking.

  • Bookings are transferable to an alternate date (subject to availability) providing notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.

  • Travel insurance is recommended for medical and cancellation coverage.

HOUSE RULES

  • No SMOKING or PARTY is allowed within the properties themselves, but are welcome to smoke outside. If SMOKING does occur there will be a fee of $250 deducted from credit card.

  • No PETS are allowed in the premises.

  • Strictly no third party services allowed in premises without agreement from reception, including but not limited massage and party catering.

  • We reserve the right to charge full price of the broken room items according to the market value.

  • Due to limited parking space, only one car is allowed per cottage/suite unless it has additional bedroom. Reception will provide parking instruction on the day of check in. Additional car park must be arranged by reception before arrival. Parking on a space which does not belongs to your room without permit may attract $50 penalty.

  • No BBQ are allowed when there is a fire ban.

  • No room service for staying less than 7 days. If you stay longer than 7 days, we provide room service free of charge for every additional 7 days.  Extra room service can be arranged with additional charge.

  • Due to the fireplace and SPA facilities, our rooms are designed for better adult experience. If the guests bring children, they are fully responsible for the safety of children.

  • Christmas, Easter, New years all have a minimum of a 2 night stay. Christmas day there is no check in or check out.

BUSHFIRES & EMERGENCIES

In the event of a Code Red – Catastrophic Fire Danger Day being declared for our region, we will be closed and the following procedure will apply:

  • Guests currently in- house will be given the option to vacate the property prior to 5pm the evening before the code red day

  • Guests due to check in on the code red day will be called and advised that the accommodation will not be available and the office will be closed

  • All guests that leave their accommodation or have been advised not to attend will be issued with a voucher for a future stay.

  • We reserve the right to close our business and in effect cancel your booking with us in the rare event that we deem it necessary for your safety or because of the inability to operate due to circumstances beyond our control.
